Privacy,
in plain sight.

How ALONE and this website handle your information.

Version 0.10.36 · Last updated: 28 October 2026

Ryujin Labs publishes ALONE and operates this website. Our legal publisher is RYUJIN LABS YAZILIM BILGI TEKNOLOJILERI LIMITED SIRKETI. This policy covers the ALONE mobile game version 0.10.36, this website, and messages sent to our support team. For questions or privacy requests, email info@ryujinlabs.com.

Playing ALONE

ALONE does not require a Ryujin Labs account. The game has no advertising or in-app purchases. Game progress, preferences, and settings are stored on your device so that the game can remember your choices. Device or operating-system backup features may make their own copies under your device settings and the provider’s policies.

Game engine and technical information

ALONE is made with Unity. Unity’s runtime and diagnostic services may process technical information when those services are enabled for a build. Depending on the enabled service, this can include device and installation identifiers, IP address, technical logs, game-session information, performance information, and crash or error reports. This information can be used to operate the engine, investigate problems, and improve stability. The presence of Unity does not mean that every Unity service is used in ALONE.

Unity explains its processing and available privacy rights in its Game Player and App User Privacy Policy. For its diagnostic service specifically, Unity describes a unique installation identifier and crash/error processing in its Diagnostics privacy overview. You can contact us about technical-data privacy requests, including access or deletion requests that require the publisher’s assistance.

Website visits

We do not add advertising trackers, analytics tools, registration forms, or newsletter forms to this website. Our hosting and security providers process technical request information, such as your IP address, browser information, requested page, and request time, to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. These infrastructure records are separate from saved game progress.

Your language choice is kept in the page URL. We do not store that preference in a cookie or browser storage.

Contacting support

If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond, investigate the issue, and handle related privacy requests. Our email service providers process these messages to deliver and store our correspondence. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive information.

Retention and your choices

Local game data remains on your device until it is reset, removed, or changed through the game or device controls. Removing local data may permanently remove progress; device backups may retain a separate copy.

We keep support correspondence only for as long as it is needed to handle the request, related follow-up, security, and applicable record-keeping obligations. Infrastructure and third-party technical records are retained according to the applicable provider and service settings.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Email info@ryujinlabs.com to exercise these rights. We may need enough information to identify the relevant request or installation before acting. Where a provider controls information independently, its own request procedures also apply.

Children and updates

ALONE is a horror game and is not directed at children. Please follow the age rating and content guidance shown by your app store. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so that we can review and address the request.

We will update this page if ALONE’s data practices change. The date above identifies the current version of this policy.
